The Gymnasium Addition:
34,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 2,000 spectators.
Building consists of lobby, gymnasium, locker rooms and weight room.
The Lobby is configured with toilet rooms that are configured to be utilize
from the exterior and interior.  Exterior access is for the use by near by baseball and softball functions.
The Gymnasium is configured for 1 competition basketball, 1 competition volleyball, 2 practice basketball and 4 practice volleyball courts. Additionally the space is equipped with operable motorized bleachers, drop down divider curtains, and wrestling mat hoist.
Locker Rooms house two men’s locker area, three women’s locker area, a referee’s room and two coaches’ offices.  The locker rooms have access to the weight room as well as the gym.
he Weight Room is a 3,200 square foot room setup for free weights, weight machines and aerobic training. Floor configured of ¾” interlocking rubber pads.
The building is connected to the main facilities infrastructure for use of hot water, chilled water and communication lines.  The gymnasium is being illuminated by a series of 2 x 4 high output fluorescent fixtures for reduction of energy consumption.

The Cafeteria Addition:
1,000 square feet with 7 serving lines and 1 grab and go line.  Cafeteria is tied into the existing kitchen and cafeteria. The facility ex-pands the facility from 4 serving lines to 8.
Kitchen is being expanded utilizing a portion of the existing serving lines and plus new serving lines installed.
The new addition and existing combine and wrap around a courtyard are that will be used for expansion of the cafeteria for exterior dining.  The exterior dining will be out fitted with built-in tables and umbrellas, and concrete pavers.
Plant materials are all design to utilize low water usage and the usage of Texas native plants.
The new cafeteria will also function as a tiered meeting area.  The tiered eating areas utilize the natural slope to minimize earth work and provide handicap connections at all points.

The Renovations:
Partial roof replacements (Library and Boiler Room)
Replacement of exist doors and corridor doors throughout the campus.
Painting of the exterior and interior common spaces.
Repair of spawling concrete on the exterior.
Mechanical repairs include:
Replacement of 4 hot water boilers 1 steam boiler and 2 domestic boilers
Replacement of cooling towers and chillers with a 3,600 ton capacity.
Replacement of 23 pumps for chilled water and hot water.
Installation of a new controls center for the boiler room
Installation of a new BMCS (Building Mechanical Controls System) main board and DDC controls on a portion of the existing equipment.
